Purchase Order Dashboard Overview

Depending on your permissions in Voyager, you may have access to the Pur­chase Order Dashboard, which provides alternative methods of searching for your POs and managing your purchasing work flows.

To review a PO from the Purchase Order Dashboard

Log on to Maintenance Management. The Purchase Order Dashboard appears if you have been given access permission.

The Purchase Order Dashboard is a filter to search for your POs. Complete as many of the filter fields as you can to narrow your search, or complete only a few fields to bring up a longer list of PO records:

The following fields require explanation:

Quick Links
Next Approver	Click this link to show the POs that require your approval next.
Higher Approve	Click this link to show the POs that require your approval eventually, but not next.
Not Received	Click this link to show the POs on which no line items have been received.
Partially Received	Click this link to show the POs on which one or more line items have been fully or partially received, but on which not all line items have been fully received.
Received	Click this link to show the POs on which all line items have been fully received.
Fully Paid	Click this link to show the POs for which your organization has paid the full invoice amount for all line items.
Partially Paid	Click this link to show the POs for which your organization has paid the full or partial payment for one or more line items, but for which it has not paid the full payment for all line items.
Unpaid	Click this link to show the POs for which your organization has not paid for any line items.
Functions menu
Add POs	Click this link to jump to the Add PO screen.
Post PO	Click this link to jump to the Post Purchase Orders screen
PO Budget	Click this link to jump to the PO Budget screen.
Find	After clicking Find, a list of all the POs that meet your search criteria appears.

PO# column

Click the numbered link of the PO that you want to review.
